About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried roles across the organization, including administrative, professional, and leadership positions. In this senior recruitment role, you will be both a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and a hands-on doer, managing a high volume of requisitions while executing detailed recruitment tasks. You will work closely with hiring leaders to understand evolving business needs, balance competing priorities, and deliver a high level of service to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Work Location: Acheson, AB
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience.
Work arrangement: Hybrid or Remote. Must be located in the Greater Edmonton Area and able to attend the office in Acheson as required, with limited travel across Canada.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work after hours if required.
What You'll Do
- Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for salaried administrative, professional, and leadership roles across corporate and operations functions.
- Execute all hands-on recruitment activities, including developing job postings, screening resumes, conducting precreens, coordinating interviews, and maintaining ATS records and competition files.
- Lead more specialized or hard-to-fill searches, requiring targeted sourcing and tailored recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders to clarify search requirements, coordinate timelines, and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner team to ensure a unified partnership with hiring leaders and a seamless end-to-end hiring experience.
- Apply recruitment expertise and business acumen to build credibility with hiring leaders and support effective, timely hiring decisions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates feel informed, engaged, and valued at every stage.
- Balance multiple requisitions and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and quality outcomes.
- Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment at the talent acquisition/business partner level. Additional qualifications include:
- Post-secondary education in Business, HR, or a related field; RPR or CPHR designation preferred. Equivalent education/experience combinations will be considered.
- Experience recruiting for salaried administrative, professional, and leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage high recruitment volumes while delivering quality outcomes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to execute recruitment tasks independently.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to meet the needs of hiring leaders and candidates.
- Exceptional relationship-building, customer service, and professional communication skills.
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with HR and business partners.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (UKG Pro an asset) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- All work is conducted in English; bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
