About The Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic technology team at FCC. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions that support FCC’s internal platforms, lending systems, and developer tools. You will work on a variety of projects, including building scalable applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, with experience spanning multiple domains and technologies. A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript is essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of full-stack and back-end development, with the ability to produce clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL and SQL, as well as modern frameworks such as Spring Boot, Angular, or React, is necessary. Experience working within Agile environments and understanding of software design patterns, system integration, and DevOps practices will be highly valued. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation tools, microservices architecture, and business domain knowledge in financial services or agriculture sectors.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. You will build and maintain scalable back-end services, APIs, and integrations that support critical business operations. Participating in design discussions for new features and technical approaches, you will contribute to code reviews, support testing activities, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth deployment cycles. Collaborating closely with product owners, analysts, architects, and stakeholders in an Agile setting, you will help translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Supporting cloud-native development, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines will be part of your role. Additionally, you will provide informal leadership by mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices, and influencing technical decisions to uphold quality standards across projects.
