We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Job Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Administrative Clerk performs administrative duties primarily focused on payroll administration for a group of Owner/Operators.
Shift
Monday to Friday; 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
Location
2170 Matrix Cresent, Kelowna BC V1V 0C1
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and enter payroll information for Owner/Operators.
- Maintain accurate records, resolve any inconsistencies.
- Address and respond to inquiries regarding payroll information entered.
- Additional duties related to data entry and administrative support as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
· Analytical mindset, strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
· Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Transportation experience preferred but will train the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $22.00/hour
