The RGA Co-Op/Internship Program is committed to providing students with meaningful work and a chance to gain a wide knowledge of the insurance industry and to network with fellow interns and full-time associates. We provide a welcoming environment where students are encouraged to ask questions and contribute their ideas while expanding their technical and communication skills
- Assisting in the test and implementation of the GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) tool for model risk management (MRM) governance.
- Maintaining the model validation report repository
- Assisting in model validation activities, risk monitoring and reporting
- Supporting the team on ad hoc requests
Requirements
- Skilled in MS Office (particularly Excel) and at least one programming language (VBA, R, Python, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and being result-orientated
- Experience in (re)insurance industry and/or risk management
Preferred
- Experience in PowerBI
- Passing at least one actuarial exam
- Experience in Axis, or other actuarial software
