Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead Duration: 12 months Work Model: Hybrid (3 days a week in-office) Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong development and leadership background to lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and enhancements. Experience Requirements Total IT Experience: 10 years Relevant Experience: 8 years Critical Needs Minimum 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform Minimum 3 years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations with over 300 users Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, etc. At least 1 complex data migration (ETL) experience Experience with global delivery model Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud) Participation in all phases of Salesforce lifecycle: Requirements gathering Planning, analysis, design Architect, build, deploy Support
Demonstrated ability in: Systems strategy definition Requirements development Design and prototyping Testing and training Support procedures definition Implementing business solutions Roles & Responsibilitie Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and customizations Manage: Data migrations Data quality System integrations Third-party applications and AppExchange products Manage development teams using: Visualforce Apex Java AJAX
Provide technical leadership and define best practices including: Integration Application development Deployment Testing Iterative refinement Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce Define, communicate, and manage release/change management processes Handle CI/CD and release management activities Identify technical risks and issues Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand: Business objectives Requirements Current and future state processes Pain points Conduct: Workshops Interviews Requirement gathering and refinement sessions Propose Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions and recommend custom solutions when required Present solutions to Salesforce design authority for approval Perform POC and impact analysis on: Existing processes Configurations Data Create functional artifacts Required Skills Strong Salesforce expertise Hands-on integration experience
