Role Description The Two-Wheeler Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cochin, SK. The role involves engaging with customers and dealers to explain two-wheeler finance products, assess eligibility, and facilitate loan applications. Responsibilities include evaluating basic financial information, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with internal credit and operations teams, and supporting disbursement and post-disbursement activities. The executive will track applications, resolve customer queries, promote responsible lending practices, and work towards achieving assigned sales and portfolio quality targets. The position also requires maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines while delivering a consistent and professional customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of finance concepts and ability to interpret financial statements. Analytical skills to assess customer profiles, identify risks, and support sound credit decisions. 700 above cibil score is mandatory Bachelor’s degree in any stream Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer and dealer interactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail and accuracy. Prior experience in vehicle finance or retail lending is an advantage.
