Description
- Lead and manage multiple project teams to ensure successful delivery of construction projects.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Implement risk management processes to identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and work to improve the company's safety culture.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Report project status and performance data to the executive team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management group.

Profile
A successful Director of Project Delivery should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the light industrial building construction industry.
- Direct knowledge and expertise working in General Contracting and Construction Management companies with an established network in the local market
- Track record of delivering light industrial and temperature controlled facility new build projects successfully, valued between $30M and $100M in scope
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and risk management.
