Receptionist-Administrative Assistant
Location: Montreal

Job Description
This is a permanent, full-time position. (Monday to Friday). The typical functions will include:
- greet, inform and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner;
- answer, screen and route calls to the appropriate people;
- deliver messages, mail and faxes to employees on a daily basis;
- translate and update various documents;
- develop and assemble various tables and forms using various software;
- order the necessary office supplies from the sales department;
- get involved in the running of our customer's visit days;
- support the sales and accounting department in certain administrative tasks;
- perform any other related task relevant to the performance of his work.

Qualifications required
- Between 1 and 3 years in a similar position;
- Be bilingual, oral and written;
- Previous experience in customer service
- Organized and able to multitask
