Position Overview

We are currently seeking a B2B Marketing Coordinat or to join our team. In this role, you will assist in deploying marketing strategies and creating content to grow our client base and global profile. Most of your time will be spent creating highly engaging but technically accurate content, and getting that content out via our website, social platforms, and sales teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring branding consistency and quality, both internally and externally. This is a full-time, Permanent Positio n in a growing international team, with excellent growth potential.

What You'll Do:

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Draft technically accurate short and long form content (such as thought leadership, case studies, and project profiles) in English for a global audience.
  • Optimize our website's performance by making SEO recommendations.
  • Work with leaders to create and upload content to our WordPress-based website.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral and business development presentations.

Branding & Analysis

  • Update and distribute marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Coordinate branding updates across the company.
  • Monitor website and social media performance, suggesting and implementing improvements based on industry best practices.

General Marketing

  • Coordinate and assist with conference attendance.
  • Plan and coordinate external media, including ad design briefs and submissions.
  • Coordinate and assist with webinars.
  • KPI monitoring of marketing activities.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing role or transferable experience, ideally in the construction or parallel industries.
  • Proven writing and content creation skills in English.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology or a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and pay close attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization and Google Ads.
  • Experience with WordPress is beneficial.

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 CAD per annum. The final base salary will be determined based on factors such as the applicant's education, skills, competencies, and unique qualifications.
