Primary Function As a member of the Strategic Operations & Customer Experience team, you will work closely with Senior Reporting Analysts and cross-functional partners to improve business performance across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle and support key strategic initiatives.

This role offers valuable hands-on experience in business operations, data analysis, and systems management, providing meaningful exposure to critical business processes. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of customer experience operations, helping to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate, timely reports to support informed decision-making and help business units across the order to cash stages meet or exceed their goals.
  • Execute routine updates and refreshes for various reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist end users on interpreting reports, proving access to behind-the-scenes data and addressing data related challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing reports for improved usability and implement automation where possible to reduce manual effort and eliminate redundancies.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, designing and developing comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Connect and interpret diverse metrics and reports to craft a compelling, data-driven story that highlights business trends, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conducts ad-hoc analysis to identify the root causes of various customer service challenges and recommends actionable solutions.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics, Business or related field.
  • Must be comfortable working with systems such as SAP, Teradata, SQL Server, SharePoint and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office functionality (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) expected
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with hands-on experience using tools such as Microsoft Power BI to analyze data and create impactful visualizations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and effectively present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to foster, manage, and utilize relationships effectively across stakeholders, team members, and end users.
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-directed with effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
