Job Role: Senior Specialist-Real Estate Delivery
Location : Winnipeg, Manitoba/Hybrid Position Type : Contract Role
Start Date: 08/31/2026
End Date: 08/31/2027
In office requirement: A minimum of 3 days in office per week is required
Bilingual Preferred (English & French)
Must Have
Support Program/Project managers in delivering our active projects. Process purchasing requests, issue purchase orders, and coordinate invoice payments. Maintained the project financial tracker with accurate and timely updates. Maintained and tracked action items, following up with stakeholders as required. Support operational readiness activities, including workplace amenities, equipment installations and business move coordination. Compile data from multiple sources to prepare leader updates, presentations, and project summary reports. Coordinate delivery of smaller project ($1M), moves/adds/changes and projects and other minor initiatives (future responsibility as the role evolves) Strong communication skills, experience in project coordination, facilities or construction management and proven tracking and reporting skills. Understanding of the construction and associated processes from the perspective of the owner.
