Position Overview The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting Value Chain performance by leveraging data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Sourcing, Manufacturing, QA & Warehousing. The Analyst translates business needs into system and reporting solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.
What You'll Do You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying system and process gaps, and delivering solutions that improve performance and decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, applications and workflows that support operational excellence. Your ability to interpret data and communicate insights will help drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements to identify system and process improvements.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to monitor performance and uncover insights.
- Writing queries and scripts in SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality and ensure data integrity.
- Documenting workflows, data models, and reporting logic to support transparency and scalability.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Working Conditions
- This role is based in our Toronto office.
- Standard business hours apply, with flexibility during peak project periods.
- Work is primarily office-based
- Minimal travel may be required depending on project needs.
