About the role
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle talent acquisition with our SE based client. This role is instrumental in attracting top talent and enhancing employer brand. You will partner with hiring managers across all levels and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business growth and workforce planning.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Lead and mentor the production recruiting team, fostering development and alignment with best practices
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build future talent pipelines
- Develop consultative sourcing strategies and execute full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles
- Identify, attract, engage, and secure top talent across various functions
- Drive process improvements and recruitment efficiencies
Your strengths include:
- Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of combined staffing and corporate recruiting experience
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience; production or hourly recruiting preferred
- Proven ability to build influential partnerships with hiring managers and HR leaders
- Strong consultative approach and strategic mindset
- Effective communication skills—both written and verbal
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
