Job Summary
The Floor – Cycle Count/Slotting is responsible for maintaining inventory and investigating internal discrepancies for all floor stock.
Essential Job Functions *
-
Assists in supervision and completion of quarterly inventories.
-
Investigates shortages on receipts and takes corrective action.
-
Daily spot checking of finished goods/raw material inventories at random.
-
Review inventory adjustment lists daily and investigate variances.
-
Investigate trail of inventory losses.
-
Oversee entry of inventory tags.
-
Check Production Exception Reports.
-
Comply with company policies and procedures.
-
Support and follow internal health & safety programs and protocols.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience

Secondary school diploma or higher.
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

At least 1 year experience working in a distribution center.

Communication skills, both verbal and written.

High levels of precision and attention to detail

Experience with Warehouse Management and inventory systems.
-
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
