Plant Operator
Key Responsibilitie sMonitor and operate plant systems from the control room, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations .Perform continuous surveillance of operating equipment, process conditions, and critical performance parameters .Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and shift documentation .Coordinate plant activities and respond to process upsets, alarms, and abnormal operating conditions .Prepare equipment for maintenance activities, including isolation, permitting, and commissioning support .Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks to ensure equipment integrity and operational reliability .Identify operational improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements .Support compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Operational Excellence programs and procedures .Provide technical guidance and operational expertise to team members and contractors .Assist in troubleshooting complex process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance
