In addition, Bingemans is one of Southwestern Ontario's largest catering companies for both on and off-site events, with over 70 years of successful event experience. We are Waterloo Region's leader in hospitality providing the very best in family entertainment. With amenities ranging from the Big Splash Water Park, FunWorx Indoor Playland and the Bingemans Camping Resort, we are the ticket for exceptional fun! In the fall, we turn into Canada’s most terrifying haunted attraction- Screampark. In October, the Oktoberfest Kool Haus is home to thousands of guests to celebrate KW Oktoberfest (North America's largest Bavarian festival). Bingemans’ portfolio includes Kingpin Bowlounge and Putt Social, with locations in Kitchener, Cambridge and St. Catharine’s.

What You'll Do:
- Marketing Execution
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute annual marketing plans
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure alignment on campaigns and goals
- Oversee campaign execution across digital, print, and event channels
- Content Creation
- Create and schedule engaging content for multiple social media channels (including LinkedIn for B2B-facing properties like Catering and Conferences)
- Capture and edit photography and video content for use in digital campaigns and promotions
- Digital Marketing
- Deploy email campaigns and newsletters
- Support trade shows and promotional activations as needed
- Coordinate digital and print advertising efforts
- Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day admin functions such as formatting, data entry, and marketing coordination
- Stay informed on local events, tourism trends, and promotional opportunities
What we're looking for?
- Creative self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
- Must have post-Secondary Education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or events
- Experience in photograph and graphic design.
- Must be proficient in: Microsoft Office, Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficient in Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or print production is an asset
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Hospitality/Tourism Industry experience preferred but not required.
Additional information:
This is a permanent, full-time position**. In office** Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
