Central Physiotherapy & Massage is currently hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant / Clinic Aid to join our multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Camrose.
This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Position Details
Job Type: Part-time Hours: Approximately 25?30 hours per week Wage: $18.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM ? 7:00 PM Friday: 1:00 PM ? 5:00 PM
Occasional morning shifts may be required to provide vacation or sick coverage.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Process direct billing and insurance claims
- Assist with administrative tasks and clinic organization
- Support practitioners and front desk staff as needed
- Assist with light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean clinic environment
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
Qualifications
- Previous direct billing experience is required
- Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Ability to work well as part of a team
