Medicine Hat College invites applications for a casual Survey Clerk (Office Assistant III) to support the College’s ongoing institutional effectiveness and quality improvement efforts.
A little about the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Program Excellence and Institutional Research, the successful candidate will play a key role in collecting data through structured telephone surveys, accurately recording responses using a digital platform, and managing call lists with efficiency and attention to detail.
This casual position requires availability during late afternoons, evenings, and weekends to maximize participant reach. Work is concentrated during two primary data collection periods: October–November 2025 and March–April 2026. Details:
As a successful applicant you'll have:
- Grade X11.
- Experience in customer service or marketing would be an asset.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as have the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Terms of Employment
Term of Appointment: October - November 2025; March - April 2026
Hours of Work: Up to 12hours per week
Wage Rate: $18.31 per hour (Start Rate); $19.99 per hour (Job Rate)
