JOB STATEMENT: The Senior Account Associate / Team Lead plays a critical dual role within the Outsourced CIO (OCIO) Family Office platform. This individual is responsible for delivering high-touch client service and operational oversight for ultra-high-net-worth families, while leading and developing a team of Client/Account Associates. The role combines expertise in client administration, onboarding, trading, and portfolio operations with strong knowledge of Canadian regulatory requirements including NI 31-103 and FINTRAC obligations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Client Service & Relationship Support Provide senior-level support to Investment Counsellors in managing administrative aspects of client relationships. Coordinate high-touch client service and respond to inquiries with professionalism. Assist in preparation and delivery of client reporting and investment materials. Account Management & Onboarding Oversight Oversee client onboarding lifecycle in accordance with NI 31-103 requirements. Prepare and review account opening documentation. Ensure proper account registration types (RRSP, TFSA, trusts, corporations). Trading & Transaction Support Prepare and review trade tickets in compliance with firm policies and regulations. Process trades for pooled funds, ETFs, and other securities. Coordinate execution and settlement with custodians. Cash Management & Asset Transfers Coordinate cash flows including capital calls, subscriptions, and distributions. Oversee asset transfers ensuring AML compliance. Workflow Management & Team Leadership Manage workflow across the team ensuring deadlines are met. Assist in providing coaching and leadership. Act as escalation point for complex issues. Compliance, KYC & AML Oversight Oversee KYC processes per NI 31-103. Ensure compliance with FINTRAC AML regulations. Maintain client identification and documentation records. Quality Control & Process Improvement Review onboarding files and transactions for accuracy. Improve processes and maintain internal controls.

QUALIFICATIONS: University degree – preferred major in business 5–8+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of NI 31-103 and FINTRAC requirements Experience with Eagle and Salesforce Strong leadership and communication skills Understanding the team culture, and leverage the offering of GPI as required Bilingual candidates preferred (English & French)

COMPENSATION: The base salary range is expected to be between $80,000 - $95,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
