Reporting to the Director, Business Diversification, the Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital health and systems integration initiatives, working closely with clinical, operational, technical, and external partners to translate strategic opportunities into scalable, implementable solutions . This role operates in a highly ambiguous, growth‑oriented environment and requires comfort balancing delivery, stakeholder alignment, and evolving product direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of digital health and systems integration initiatives, from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with user needs, operational realities, and strategic priorities .
  • Incorporate user-centered design principles into project delivery by engaging end user early, validating assumptions, and integrating feedback into solution design and implementation.
  • Manage multiple work streams a cross clinical, operational, technical, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment to governance decisions and strategic priorities s
  • Develop and execute project charters and delivery plans, track key updates and prepare materials to report on progress, issues and risks and proposed solutions as it relates to key program initiatives
  • Provide strategies for risk mitigation and resolution where appropriate and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with leaders and key stakeholders to advance project outcomes and resolve issues proactively
  • Prepare clear decision materials for executive and governance tables, including trade‑offs, risks, and recommendations
  • Demonstrate effectiveness at leading and working with teams
  • Champion equity and inclusion as a core element of team development, modelling THP’s core values
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Successful completion of a university degree in business, clinical/health informatics or health-related discipline
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in healthcare, technology, or regulated environments.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation recommended but not required
  • Previous experience running multiple concurrent projects tackling challenges with a high-level of ambiguity
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, LEAN and other innovation methodology is an asset
  • Experience in technology, innovation, commercialization, procurement and business development is an asset
  • Experience working with d igital platforms, data‑enabled tools, or systems integrations
  • Experience working with vendors or implementation partners in digital or technology‑enabled initiatives
  • Ability to translate user, clinical, and business needs into delivery‑ready requirements in collaboration with technical and operational teams
  • Experience supporting quality and process improvement projects is an asset
  • Excellent analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs of project, governance tables and key individuals
  • Effective interpersonal communications skills and ability to successfully build
  • Ability to synthesize and present information in a concise manner that is easily understandable and engaging for the intended audience including leadership and prospect clients through presentation decks, pitches and other project materials
