Job Responsibilities

Le titulaire de ce poste prend en charge la fonction de gestion des documents en recueillant et en organisant l’information utilisée pour prendre des décisions concernant la conservation et l’élimination appropriées des documents peu importe le format. Il conseille l’entreprise sur l’application des politiques et procédures de gestion des documents, y compris les calendriers de conservation et les instructions de travail, et sert de personne-ressource entre l’entreprise et les fournisseurs fournissant des services de stockage.

RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE

  • Maintenir le calendrier pour l’archivage normal.
  • Identifier et recueillir les dossiers liés aux études à archiver.
  • Maintenir les documents de suivi pour les données archivées.
  • Gérer les activités de diffusion des documents aux employés, aux clients et aux organismes de réglementation autorisés.
  • Gérer le processus d’archivage interne et l’envoi externe de documents archivés.
  • Coordonner le retour et/ou l’élimination des dossiers.
  • Participer aux évènements de formation liés à la gestion de documents au besoin.
  • Commencer à établir des liens avec des partenaires commerciaux importants.
  • Effectuer d’autres tâches assignées par le directeur associé de la gestion de documents.

EXIGENCES DE QUALIFICATION

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires; ou formation et expériences équivalentes. Expérience en soutien administratif spécialisé.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de documents ou dans un domaine connexe comme la bibliothéconomie, préférablement dans l’industrie des sciences de la vie.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à établir et à maintenir des partenariats et des relations de travail efficaces.
  • Connaissance pratique des systèmes électroniques de gestion de documents, des bases de données et d’autres systèmes informatiques un atout.
  • Déplacements occasionnels avec couchers peuvent être nécessaires.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
