Property Coordinator

Position Summary
Gestion R&R, the property management company for Priveda Capital, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our team. The Property Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio by coordinating maintenance requests, dispatching service calls, assisting with administrative functions, and delivering exceptional service to tenants, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant, client, and vendor emails and phone calls professionally.
- Coordinate technician and staff schedules, including on-call and rotation schedules.
- Receive, dispatch, and monitor maintenance and service requests.
- Open, update, and close work orders accurately and promptly.
- Schedule tenant appointments and coordinate access with technicians and contractors.
- Follow up on service requests to ensure timely completion and tenant satisfaction.
- Assist with ordering and coordinating the delivery of materials, appliances, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, contractors, and clients.
- Coordinate office calendars, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Order office supplies, coffee, snacks, and other workplace essentials.
- Maintain office organization and coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Provide administrative support to improve office efficiency and property operations.
- Assist with other property management and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, dispatch, or administrative support.
- Experience dispatching technicians or coordinating maintenance requests is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance or renovations is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general office software.
- Strong communication, customer service, and phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $55,000 per year
