Are you passionate about equipment reliability, technical data, and customer satisfaction? The Software Implementation Specialist plays a key role in the successful adoption of the Spartakus APM platform, an Asset Performance Management SAAS solution for the reliability industry.
This position is ideal for a mechanical engineer or technician with solid understanding of industrial equipment, maintenance, and asset reliability. The ideal candidate has customer experience, good analytical skills, and an ability to navigate between the physical world of industrial equipment and the digital world of software solutions.
Job Summary The Software Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the deployment and seamless integration of Spartakus APM solutions.
Working closely with customers, the specialist ensures that systems are configured to technical specifications, and that the integration process is carried out efficiently. He or she supports customers throughout their integration journey, ensuring that they derive maximum value in terms of reliability, availability, and performance from the Spartakus APM platform.
This position combines a technical understanding of how equipment works with the use of a state-of-the-art software solution and would be ideally suited to technical profiles wishing to move into the field of digital transformation of industrial operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process of implementing the Spartakus APM platform, in collaboration with Project Managers (PM) and Subject Matter Experts (SME).
- Use Excel to manipulate, transform and analyze customer data sets.
- Work with customers to validate, structure and integrate their master data related to equipment, maintenance history and performance indicators.
- Ensure smooth adoption of the platform by providing personalized guidance and excellent customer service.
- Provide basic training to customers.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve any technical issues.
Skills Required
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance technology, or equivalent experience in a technical or industrial environment.
- Experience in asset reliability, maintenance, or technical solution implementation (a major asset).
- Solid experience in customer service or post-sales support (implementation, technical support, training).
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge and experience with SAAS solutions, technical project management or ERP/CMMS (e.g. SAP, Maximo).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience in macros/VBA would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Jira for task and ticket management.
- Experience with master data management and validation.
