📢 Hiring: Executive Assistant – Expert 📍 Location: Toronto, ON 📅 Duration: 6 Months
Role: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense management Handle confidential communications, executive correspondence, and document management Organize meetings, events, and logistics while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts Maintain information in compliance with data governance and confidentiality standards Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization
Required Skills
10+ years of executive-level administrative experience Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment Quick learner with strong technology aptitude
