About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Intouch Insight. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to identify, analyze, and interpret data trends and results to generate valuable insights for our clients. Your responsibilities will include planning and creating comprehensive reports and presentations, collaborating with our Customer Success and Sales teams to effectively communicate findings, and reviewing clients’ customer experience objectives to determine the best strategies for delivering high-quality data solutions. Additionally, you will support internal teams such as Marketing and Product on various research projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our analytics offerings. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis role within a corporate environment. Proven analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail and quality. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation. Knowledge of statistical principles such as correlation, regression, and statistical significance. Experience using Business Intelligence tools, particularly Tableau, for data visualization and analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset. Ability to perform data cleansing, wrangling, and validation processes effectively. Foundational understanding of AI applications in data analysis, insights generation, and presentation creation. Familiarity with Python (including Pandas, scikit-learn, JSON) is advantageous. Experience in the customer experience (CX) industry or marketing studies is a plus. Certifications related to data analysis or data science are considered an asset.
Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for clients. Develop and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to client needs and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to communicate findings and support client engagement strategies. Review and understand client customer experience objectives, working with internal teams to design data strategies that meet those goals. Ensure the delivery of high-quality data by implementing effective data collection, cleansing, and validation processes. Support research initiatives across Marketing and Product teams, contributing to the development of new analytics tools and methodologies. Leverage statistical principles and BI tools to analyze datasets and generate insights, with or without AI assistance. Assist in the creation of presentations, charts, and visualizations that clearly communicate complex data insights. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in data analysis and customer experience management.
