About the role

We are currently seeking for a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a post-secondary institution or graduation from a recognized administration program.
- Detail oriented and well-organized
- Strong computer skills including a solid knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to plan, analyze and develop systems
- Pleasant phone manner and strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Fluent speaking in Korean preferred
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING:
- Assisting students to registering courses and signing student contracts each semester
- Assisting students to applying for a student loan and its follow up
- Updating of database with registration and the payment of tuition fees
- Updating database with inquiry meeting, phone call and e-mail information
- Organization of student files with required documents and updating database accordingly
- Managing pre-registration and preparing attendance records for current students
- Preparing transcripts and graduation certificates for the graduates
- Tracking of the status of study and attendance for all students
- Creating Letters of Acceptance for all international student visa applications for the college and prepare all supporting documentation needed for the application
- Maintaining records for regulated program compliance (PTIRU, EQA, CCHPBC)
- Assisting with campus student file audits
- Assisting clients with student loan applications
- Meeting with clients to complete file signatures
- Maintaining all agent agreements
- Other tasks and duties as required
