Key responsibilities include:

• Install and finish exterior home improvement products such as siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and other exterior finishes according to project specifications

• Safely set up and operate hand and power tools, ladders, and equipment

• Cut, shape, and install materials with precision and attention to detail

• Complete eavestrough installations, including mitered cut corners

• Install James Hardie siding and other siding products

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while adhering to safety procedures and using PPE

• Learn additional trade skills as required and perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience installing James Hardie siding
• Experience installing eavestrough, fascia, and soffit
• Experience completing mitered cut corners for eavestrough systems
• Ability to safely set up and operate hand and power tools used for exterior installation work
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/at heights, including carrying materials up scaffolding
• Working at Heights certification (valid before start date)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• English proficiency sufficient for job-site communication
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of residential exterior installation experience

• Experience in a customer-facing role, such as interacting with homeowners on job sites
