About the role

Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Monitor revenues to determine labour cost . Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Supervise staff. Conduct performance reviews. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Manage events. Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
