Sales Administration Coordinator- Corporate Office

ClubLink is Hiring! We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Corporate Event Sales & Membership team. This role supports both sales teams by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client databases, coordinating payments, Invoices, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the event sales and membership team, including preparing proposals, contracts, invoices, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate sales data, client interactions, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate internal and external communications related to corporate events, memberships, and sales initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of membership and event materials, sales collateral, and promotional campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site tours, and client appointments across ClubLink properties.
- Liaise with ClubLink golf clubs to ensure alignment on event bookings, availability, and logistics.
- Track incoming leads, follow-up activities, and manage documents related to membership and corporate event sales.
- Support onboarding processes for new members and corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business administration or general administration experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales coordination, or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
