About The Team Kinaxis delivers unparalleled supply chain agility and resilience to companies across industries with our cutting-edge Maestro platform. The IT team manages the technology used by departments across Kinaxis to effectively perform their functions.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and management while contributing to real-world initiatives. You will support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering successful projects that align with organizational goals.
This is a full-time, 8-month position, starting January 2026 and is open only to students in a registered Co-op Program. What You Will Do
- Working with IT team members to ensure the project backlog is up-to-date and prioritized
- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities.
- Support coordination of meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare project documentation including schedules, meeting agendas, status reports, and presentations.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Things that would definitely help
- Previous project coordination experience
- PowerBI experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with project management tools
