Client Onboarding Senior Representative - Term position

As a Client Onboarding Senior Representative, you will be responsible for providing oversight/control on client account opening documents to help reduce the firm's risk with the applicable regulating bodies.
This is a 12 Month term position.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Review, analyze and approve//reject documents for completion and accuracy using various system applications
- Provide support on account opening related queries by remaining current and informed on existing and new industry regulations and firm policies and procedures
- Adhere to processing deadlines within established Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring customer satisfaction and processing efficiency levels are met and maintained
- Maintain client account integrity by performing sundry duties as required
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:
- Post secondary education
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
- Prior knowledge of financial industry policies and regulations including AML/ATF, Privacy, KYC, QI & FATCA, CIRO Reg 1300 and CRS is an asset
- Knowledge of AS400, Broadridge, SCORE and WealthOne
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Effective communication skills to effectively provide detailed information to various departments
- The ability to exercise sound judgment in the prioritization of workload
- The ability to manage multiple interruptions while maintaining workload
- An ability to rapidly respond to inquiries in an intelligent and informed fashion
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities, aggressive delivery or problem resolution lead time, and highly valuable, extremely sensitive customer relationships
- A reactive and proactive focus on client service, industry regulations and product requirements
- Strong attention to detail
