The First Nations University of Canada is looking for qualified Video Conferencing Assistants, from January 6th to April 30th, 2026.

Duties and Qualifications:

  • Applicants have to be located in Regina, Saskatchewan, and be able to attend class times in person.
  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Be a self-motivator who can work to achieve results while ensuring attention to detail and compliance with reporting requirements;

Responsibilities:

  • Set up video-conference equipment as needed.
  • Consult with the instructor on academic or student related matters as needed;
  • Print exams and any course materials as required by the instructor
  • Invigilate students during exams and other course work;
  • Maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom;

Monday 11:30-2:15 Regina 27-Apr 9:00 am to 12 pm

Tuesday and Thursday 10:00-11:15 Regina 16-Apr 9:00 am to 12 pm

Wednesday 11:30-2:15 Regina 29-Apr 9:00 am to 12 pm

Wednesday 2:30-5:15 Regina 22-Apr 2:00 to 5 pm

Friday 11:30-2:15 Regina 24-Apr 2:00 to 5 pm
