Position Summary:
Delivers Food Away from Home sales enablement initiatives to support McCormick growth goals on $700M+ NS business. This role serves as the primary enablement partner and counterpart for our distributor & national account sales teams and works with key cross functionals like supply chain, finance, marketing, customer service, external vendors and more as needed. Must be able to deliver identified sales operations tasks on time and in full, through clear communication, business analysis, critical thinking, and partnership.
Key Responsibilities:

Support sales needs to win new business through customer documentation, payment, supply analysis, samples, and more.

Manage inbound inquiries and requests from Canadian sales field; identify and communicate solutions & processes.

Manage Trade PO process, including PO submission, customer payments and budget tracking. Communicate channel budget updates to sales leadership.

Lead customer RFP process, gathering necessary inputs from cross-functional partners including supply chain, PD, regulatory, marketing, finance and more.

Manage customer contract updates through Blacksmith system; both newly won & update of existing contracts. Complete analysis of contract status as necessary for business partners.

Trade show support: Act as key sales operations partner for execution of multiple annual trade shows across sales field.
Qualifications:

BSc in Business/Marketing/Management or related field
-
Experience in Sales, Sales Planning, Marketing, Finance, or related field
-
Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point & Word
-
Experience in leading & delivering mid-sized projects, supporting sales initiatives
-
Experience in data and information gathering and analysis
-
Must have proven skills to adapt to and communicate with a wide variety of personalities and business settings.

Ability to lead frequent interactions with cross-functional partners, sales leadership, and field sales teams.
-
Strong personal leadership and desire to learn
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience in utilizing data systems for analysis (EDW, Salesforce) (preferred)
-
Foodservice business industry experience (preferred)

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $88,440-$138,440**.Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate inMcCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan**. In addition to a competitive compensation package, permanent employees of McCormick Canada are eligible for our extensive Total Rewards programs that include:
