Manages the implementation and delivery of a range of risk services to designated project(s) within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Drive effective risk management by implementing frameworks and strategies across assigned commissions, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
- Support project delivery through risk workshops, quantitative risk analysis, and clear reporting that informs decision-making and strengthens project outcomes.
- Build trusted client relationships by providing expert advice, transparent communication, and assurance on risk processes and contingency adequacy.
- Enable team performance by coaching, developing, and supporting colleagues, fostering collaboration and integration with PMO and planning disciplines.
Ensure accountability by monitoring risk action plans, assigning ownership, and maintaining compliance with Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and legislation.
Champion sustainability by actively contributing to the net zero carbon transition, embedding carbon reduction into risk management and project delivery.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Proven experience delivering risk management frameworks on complex construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and reporting software.
- Effective communicator with presentation and client engagement skills.
- Relevant degree with progress toward chartered status or professional membership.
Note: The estimated salary for this position is 100,000 - 150,000 USD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
