- Previous experience with Wireless/ Cell Site installation
- Previous experience leading and managing a crew
- Comfortable working at heights
- Good physical condition
- Willing to work outdoors
- Willing to travel
- Mechanically inclined
- Safety minded
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to interpret engineered drawings
- Knowledge of RF and DC drawings
- Understand and have good troubleshooting skills to locate the transmission faults
- Valid Canadian driver’s license is required
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers and clients
- Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude!
