- Pruning, removals, rigging, and technical tree work to high standards
- Work safely and efficiently with a team that communicates well
- Jobsite setup, hazard awareness, and professional cleanup
- Support plant health care and specialty scopes when needed
- Represent Silverback well, clients remember how you work
Qualifications
- Arboriculture experience (climbing + rigging preferred)
- ISA Certification (or in progress) is a strong asset
- Safety mindset: you don't cut corners, ever
- Reliability, teamwork, and solid communication
- Driver's license (and ability to get to yard/jobsites)
Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, permanent employment
- Pay: $30 to $45 CAD/hour (based on certification level, climbing/rigging skill, and experience)
- Overtime available during peak season (as workload requires)
- Opportunity for wage increases tied to performance, certifications, and leadership growth
