This role involves heavy lifting, food preparation, marination, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and marinate meats according to recipes and food safety standards. Lift, move, and handle heavy containers of meat, ingredients, and supplies (up to 50–75 lbs). Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients. Keep the kitchen, prep stations, storage areas, and dishwashing area clean and sanitized. Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed. Remove garbage and recycling and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Assist cooks and other kitchen staff with daily kitchen operations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Wash dishes, pots, pans, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Requirements

Must be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food preparation is an asset but not required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
