Job Overview Responsible for analyzing new product initiatives, pricing, sales reports, assisting with sample requests, trade show contacts, as well as day to day activities to support the Sales department.
**This role has a start date of January 2026**
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and distribution of sales reports for the sales team
- Preparation of the Presentations, Analysis, and Pricing Variances report for the Sales Manager, Management, Board meetings and VP of Sales as required.
- Support team on budgeting & forecasting (Sales Funnel/Anaplan/ERP)
- Support & contribute to all continuous improvement projects.
- Manage price list and customer master with integrity. Ensure data accuracy by collaborating with the sales manager, master data team, demand planning and finance team for all updates.
- Completion, and submission of sample requests and/or check requests
- Accurate completion of retailer’s product submissions, such as listing sheets and other materials sent externally as required.
- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure all marketing materials are available and that customer-specific price lists reflect the current product status
- Document all new product prices, price changes, and SKU rationalization
- Administration of major accounts deal sheets, and tracking of promotions and Promotional spending;
- Audit reports looking for pricing discrepancies and missing pricing (Follow up to ensure ERP is correct)
- Generate numerous internal sales reports, as required (PowerBI/ERP)
The Recipe For Success
- Completion of college diploma in Business Administration, Sales or another related field
- 3 years’ experience in Sales Analyst role or related analytical work
- Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing industry conducting pricing/sales analysis
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and active insurance coverage
- Detailed orientated and highly organized
- Work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Strong/ proficient in MS Office programs (Adv. Excel)
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and providing recommendations to grow business - with regular review of both internal and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Confident individual – Not afraid to reach out to other teams (Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ Sample teams etc) to collect information to get tasks completed
- Willingness to take on new and more challenging projects
- Well-developed problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
