As a member of the Platform Team, you will develop responsive-interface designs using Figma and the existing Pogo Platform Style Guide. You will report directly to Pogo’s Lead UI Designer and have a high level of interaction with team members, Engineers, and the Creative Team. You are a key resource in responsive design for the studio. Platform Features deliverables focus on accessibility, adherence to the existing Pogo style guide and clear communication with Engineers.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

  • Build Platform Features in Figma, as responsive website designs; leveraging the existing Pogo Style Guide.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with team disciplines including UI, Engineering and the Creative Team.
  • Provide insightful User Interface solutions based on best-practices in responsive design.
  • Utilize Generative AI for copy and building UI interfaces

Qualifications (What You Know How To Do)

  • Experience with Figma/ Sketch
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating skill and knowledge of best-practices in responsive design.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineers to hand-off Designs for implementation.
  • Excellent file organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner.
  • 2+ years experience in responsive design.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in Figma
  • Experience in Zeplin
  • Ability to illustrate Icons in vector tools
