Our Business and Project Support Team within Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Retail and Wealth Operations is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who will focus on developing digital, automated solutions in collaboration with other team members and in partnership with our business partners across GWAM Operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Apply your analytical skills and critical thinking to ask questions, understand business drivers and needs, and bring order and precision to scope and requirements on initiatives.
- Develop knowledge and capability using the Microsoft suite of products, primarily Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Platform, Power BI, CoPilot Studio) and SQL query/programming language, but also MS Azure, other tools/capabilities/languages to develop solutions.
- Employ the skill to build and foster positive, effective relationships to improve partnerships with key partners.
- Deliver documented solution requirements and propose solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Propose business decisions that get results and tackle problems.
- This opportunity will grow not only your technical skills or ability, but also involve understanding of the business and its processes to help build solutions that provide maximum value through improved workforce efficiency, reduced cost or reduced risk.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in finding creative solutions.
- Analytical; enjoy working with data and solving problems.
- Experience with programming languages, data platforms or sources, e.g., SQL, C#.NET, VB, ASP.NET, Python, MS Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, CoPilot Studio).
- You bring an Agile approach to the table and are passionate about Agile delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer centric focus.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Good work ethic with a proactive, flexible attitude and a desire to pitch in wherever needed.
- Strong time management, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various partners.
- Understanding of financial services industry, and wealth and asset management is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between
$57,675.00 CAD - $96,125.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
