What You'll Be Doing:

Processing customer orders and updating internal systems
-
Preparing invoices and estimates using Excel and business software
-
Coordinating shipments and preparing shipping documentation
-
Assisting with customs paperwork and product labeling (Canada, U.S., international)

Tracking customer returns and feedback
-
Maintaining spreadsheets and organizing records
-
Providing front desk support (answering calls, greeting visitors, managing mail)

Supporting general office administration tasks
What We're Looking For:

1 year of experience in administration, customer service, reception, or similar roles

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel

Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is an asset (training can be provided)

Strong attention to detail and organization
-
Professional communication skills in English
-
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
