Role Summary
The Senior Recruitment Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Banking, Financial, Accounting, and Technology recruitment practices. Operating a full-cycle 360° recruitment desk, you will oversee the complete process—from business development and client relationship management to sourcing, assessing, and placing high-calibre candidates.
As a trusted advisor to clients, a subject-matter expert in your market vertical, and a role model for junior recruiters, you will ensure both personal desk success and broader team performance.

Core Responsibilities
- Team Building & Leadership
- Partner with Team Leads to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across recruitment pods.
- Mentor junior recruiters by sharing best practices, coaching on search strategies, and supporting their professional growth.
- Act as a go-to resource for complex or high-value requisitions.
- Promote a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing through sessions and market insights.
- Operational Excellence
- Adhere to standardized workflows, KPIs, and compliance policies.
- Own your desk’s metrics and performance outcomes, identifying efficiency gains and process improvements.
- Provide feedback to leadership on tools, processes, and systems; champion the adoption of new practices.
- Maintain high data integrity across all systems to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Business Development
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients within your specialty.
- Conduct proactive outreach (calls, meetings, presentations, networking) to identify and convert leads into active client relationships.
- Partner with senior leadership on proposals, pricing strategies, and strategic accounts.
- Develop cornerstone clients by providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent-mapping services.
- Candidate Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Source, attract, and screen high-quality candidates via headhunting, referrals, advertising, networking, and technology platforms.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and present qualified shortlists to clients.
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Serve as a trusted career advisor, providing ongoing feedback and guidance.
- Technology & Data Utilization
- Leverage Bullhorn ATS, HubSpot CRM, AI sourcing tools, and call-management systems to maximize productivity and visibility.
- Maintain accurate data entries, dashboards, and notes to enable a data-driven culture.
- Use analytics and reporting to track activity, conversion ratios, and ROI of business development efforts.
- Strategic Contribution

Actively participate in divisional and vertical planning meetings.

Deliver regular KPI reports to senior leadership.

Contribute to growth strategies, marketing initiatives, and special projects.

Represent the company’s brand and values in all client and candidate interactions.
Performance Expectations & KPIs
- Desk Billings: $300K+ annually
- New Business Development: Minimum 5 new cornerstone accounts per year
- Placement Targets: 2–3 placements per recruiter/month supported
- Client Engagement: Regular delivery of salary benchmarks, market intelligence, and candidate pipelines
- Data Integrity: 95% compliance with CRM/ATS entry standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
3–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to corporate and/or agency environments.
Experience training or mentoring others in recruitment processes.
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche databases, Bullhorn).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and selection.
