About the role
Our client is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their growing Human Resources team. In this role, you'll take the lead on full-cycle recruitment, help create smooth and welcoming onboarding experiences, and ensure personnel records are consistently accurate and up to date. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, pays close attention to detail, and is energized by the fast-paced world of recruitment.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Facilitate full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, reference checks, and documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Respond to inquiries from applicants, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Support onboarding activities including orientation and document completion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and recruitment files
- Assist in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies
- Draft employment-related correspondence and maintain HRIS systems
- Stay current on recruitment compliance and best practices
- Represent the organization professionally at job fairs and recruitment events
- Support HR projects, events, and strategic initiatives
Your strengths include:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR major), or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment files and meet deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in producing professional documents and reports
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance
