About the role
Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and innovative organization in their search for a Business Analyst. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to drive strategic initiatives, lead financial planning, and spearhead data-driven decision-making for a dynamic company serving diverse markets across North America and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrate the strategic planning cycle, from initial assessments to performance tracking

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluations
-
Develop and manage performance tracking frameworks, creating insightful reports for executive review
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape long-term business strategies and optimization initiatives
-
Build and evaluate business cases for new opportunities, including market expansion and M&A prospects
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business strategy, or a similar role
-
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant graduate degree preferred
-
Extensive experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis. Experience with data visualization and data wrangling/management tools is an asset.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills and experience influencing senior leadership

Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment

Legal eligibility to travel between the United States and Canada
