What You Will Be Doing

• Communicating daily with patients by phone, email or in person
• Calling, booking, and confirming patient appointments
• Reviewing with patients the steps necessary prior to their appointments
• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff
• Responding daily to voice and email messages
• Receiving faxed documentation or referrals and sorting properly
• Distributing confidential correspondence to proper departments
• Faxing documentation, scanning and filing patient charts
• Relieving and supporting reception staff as needed
