What You Will Be Doing
- Communicating daily with patients by phone, email or in person
- Calling, booking, and confirming patient appointments
- Reviewing with patients the steps necessary prior to their appointments
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff
- Responding daily to voice and email messages
- Receiving faxed documentation or referrals and sorting properly
- Distributing confidential correspondence to proper departments
- Faxing documentation, scanning and filing patient charts
- Relieving and supporting reception staff as needed
