Tasks/Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Change Management Advisor for a 36-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Participate in a major digital transformation as an advisor
- Support business lines and individuals through evolution and change
- Analyze and assist with change management and communication needs related to the transformation
- Anticipate the impact and risks of changes and new processes on business units
- Strengthen the culture of change throughout the organization
PROFILE
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management
- Professional experience in a major digital transformation
- Knowledge of the public sector
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent
- Bilingual (French required, functional English)
