Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 12:30am
Position Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: $24.00/hr

You will be required to:
- Lead, coach and train personnel
- Daily PM Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
- Increase Scanning Compliance, both Inbound & Outbound
. PM Reweigh and Recube, improve revenue capture on the Dock
. Operating a Forklift, load/unload trailers and staging freight
. Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments
. Customer shipment audits when required
. Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
. Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
. Action on all last-minute shipment requests
Do you fit the job profile?
- Previous Lead Hand experience in the Transportation and/or Courier Industry is preferred
- Current Forklift Certification
- Must be able to exercise initiative, multitask and work well as part of a team
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office
