The University of Toronto invites applications for the position of Chair and Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy. The successful candidate will be a leader in the field of physical therapy and will contribute to the academic and research mission of the department.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the Department of Physical Therapy.
- Engage in teaching, research, and service activities.
- Mentor faculty and students.
- Develop and implement innovative programs.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field.
- A strong record of research and publication.
- Experience in academic leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Chair position.
- Strong network within the physical therapy community.
Other Relevant Details
- The position is expected to start in July 2024.
