Are you interested? We're looking for our next U.S. Customs Clerk to join our customs department in Montréal.
What we offer:
- The possibility to work remotely 2 days per week

Main responsibilities:
- Review all shipment-related documents in detail to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and process customs clearance documentation for shipments
- Identify missing information or documents and communicate with the appropriate stakeholders (customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, etc.)
- Track shipment progress and keep clients and agents informed
- Ensure timely release of shipments by coordinating with relevant parties
- Maintain strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide professional follow-up
- Support other team members as needed to ensure deadlines are met
- Handle billing tasks, including preparing client invoices and required supporting documents
Profile sought:
- Bilingual in French and English, to communicate with colleagues and clients across Canada and internationally
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive, and a great team player
- Motivated to take on new challenges
- Asset: diploma in international trade, logistics, or customs-related field and solid experience in customs operations with a good understanding of applicable laws and regulations
