As a Client Partner, you will lead a portfolio of Key and Emerging accounts, bringing together strategic advisory, delivery excellence, and commercial leadership to ensure strong outcomes, profitable growth, and exceptional client experiences. The Client Partner is accountable for end-to-end client success and growth, including revenue growth, high-quality delivery, financial performance, and trusted senior-level partnerships. You will serve as a strategic advisor, a cross-functional integrator, and a champion for your clients by translating their goals into actionable strategies and collaborating internally to bring the best of Bond to every interaction. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or equivalent an asset.
- 5-7+ years of experience in strategic account leadership, client management, or consulting within professional services, marketing, or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of managing and growing complex client portfolios with measurable revenue and relationship growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and contract negotiations.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic account plans and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills across diverse audiences and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to proactively address risks, ensure delivery excellence, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Client Partnership & Strategic Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through proactive engagement, clear communication, and strategic insight.
- Gain a deep understanding of client objectives, challenges, and industry context to drive relevant, high-impact conversations.
- Guide expectation-setting, alignment, and communication rhythms to ensure predictable delivery and strong satisfaction.
- Act as the senior escalation point, ensuring timely resolution and clear internal alignment.
- Advocate for client needs internally, influencing decisions across practice teams, delivery groups, and leadership.
Account Planning & Revenue Growth
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans, integrating growth strategies, delivery success, and relationship insights.
- Identify and shape expansion opportunities in partnership with Client Services, Delivery, Practices, and Operations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, account plans, and pipeline visibility.
- Drive renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term relationship development.
- Own the pipeline of your portfolio and lead opportunities for your accounts to the successful sale of Bond offerings with your clients.
Account Financials & Commercial Ownership
- Own the financial performance of your portfolio, including revenue, margin awareness, and forecasting accuracy.
- Lead contracts, proposals, renewals, and commercial negotiations in partnership with Delivery, Finance, and Leadership.
- Ensure alignment between contracted scope, delivery execution, and long-term growth objectives.
- Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks.
Delivery Excellence & Account Health
- Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure projects are structured for success and meet client strategy and expectations.
- Monitor account health, delivery quality, risks, and satisfaction to drive long-term retention.
- Influence delivery approach and prioritization based on client needs and strategic direction.
- Proactively address risks, blockers, and gaps to ensure continuity and high-quality outcomes.
Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $129,485.00 to $169,038.00 CAD annually. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Bond uses AI tools during parts of the screening, assessment, and selection process, supporting a fair and efficient hiring process.
